Region 4 Rap Session

September 26-28, 2024

Ardmore, Oklahoma

The Rap session is being held in the Ardmore Convention Center beginning on 9/26/24 and going through 9/28/24. We plan on starting at 8:00 AM and going throughout the day and end at no later than 5:00 PM each day except for Saturday 9/28/24 when we plan on ending around 3:00 PM to allow for return travel plans.  We are planning to have at least one fundraising night with horseshoes or cornhole and possibly a BBQ.  We will be sending more information out as plans are finalized.

For those of you that will be using flights and rental cars to travel to Ardmore, the three closest airports are Will Rogers World airport in Oklahoma City (OKC) or Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) or Dallas Love (DAL).  The drive from either airport is about 100 miles or about 1½ hours.  

First Hotel:

The Hilton Garden Inn located at 701 Premier Parkway. This is the newest hotel in the area and is about .8 miles from the convention center.  Room rates under the block are $106 per night and includes a buffet style breakfast. The block was set up for checking in on 9/25 and checking out on 9/29. If you will be leaving on Saturday 9/28, please adjust the dates when you click on the link below. The deadline for making reservations is 8/23/24.

Second Hotel:

Courtyard by Marriott located at 2025 N. Rockford Road. This hotel is within easy walking distance from the convention center. Room rates under the block are $110 per night and includes a buffet style breakfast at The Rock restaurant (shared with the Holiday Inn). The deadline for making reservations is 9/11/24.

Third Hotel:

Holiday Inn located at 2207 N Rockford Road. This hotel is an easy walk and right next to the convention center. Room rates under the block are $110 per night and includes a buffet style breakfast at The Rock restaurant attached to the Holiday Inn. The deadline for making reservations is 9/15/24.
