Region 4 Rap Session - 2025

Greetings Region 4 Branch President’s and Activists:
NALC Rap Session at the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks, 
Eureka Springs, AR September 21 - 24, 2025

(77) Hotel rooms have been blocked for our group from 
Sunday – Wednesday, Sept. 21-24, 2025 

$110.00 plus tax for a standard double queen or one king bed
$120.00 plus tax for a balcony double queen or one king bed
$170.00 plus tax for a 2-room double queen suite

Each individual person must call into the reservations desk at 479-253-9768 to reserve their own room out of the block.  Block is under “NALC”.
Rooms that are not reserved by August 21, 2025 (30-days out) will be released.

For those members who will be flying in, the closest airports are Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) in Fayetteville and Branson Airport (BKG) in Branson, Missouri, both about a 45-minute drive away. If you don’t mind a longer drive or to save a little money on flights you may want to try to fly into Little Rock (LIT) or Tulsa (TUL) and expect a longer drive. The drive from Tulsa is about 2.5 hours and the drive from Little Rock is about 3.5 hours.
